New Photography Website: mariarieger.photography

So finally I’m happy to announce that it is done. After a few obstacles and hurdles here we are!

The photography part of travellingspice has now been officially separated into a brand new website called mariarieger.photography which I encourage you to visit. It is a sample of my work and my path as a photographer that I’m particularly proud of. The faces will change and the journal will be often updated. You can read the latest post here.

People are my main focus, represented by all those I have encountered and the ones that trusted me with their life story. I think that what we are going through at the moment has shown us what is really important in life. The truth is we are social animals and without human contact we simply don’t thrive.

It has been a difficult year for everybody but I’m hoping that the New year, will bring some relief from viruses and masks. New beginnings await us, I really hope we can make the most of it.

For now, I feel at peace with my choices and my plans, with a new project brewing behind the scenes. Travellingspice will remain an important part, not only with new stories but I hope new travels also very soon.

For now, after lifting the latest lockdown here in Austria, we can always look for new landscapes and fill our lungs with most needed fresh air. Nature when looked after, is always here for us.
